Hailing from Bolton, ON and growing up in an entrepreneurial family, it’s no surprise that Stephanie was drawn to her present day passion of Real Estate. With certifications as a Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Seniors Agent and experience in residential, commercial and investment real estate, Stephanie is a well rounded real estate specialist. Meghan grew up in the West Island of Montreal and later moved to Ottawa where she completed her Honors Bachelor of International Business, Masters in Project Management, and her Real Estate Certification. Charlotte Bell

Born and raised in England, she moved all around the country as her father was a member of the Royal Air Force. He retired when she was 11 and they made the big move to Canada, residing in both Nova Scotia and Alberta before making a permanent home here in Ottawa. Constantly moving to new locations and meeting new people fuelled Charlotte's passion for Real Estate. She joined The Norman Group as Client Care Coordinator in order to gain more experience and knowledge in the real estate profession towards achieving her dream career as a Realtor.
